March 20th is Match Day!
What is Match Day exactly?
Match Day is when the National Matching Program notifies medical school students where they will be completing their residency or fellowship programs.
So, why does it matter? Well, it’s quite the stressful period, since residents and fellows may be quickly looking for a place to live!
But, that’s where Union Wharf comes in.
The Benefits of Renting at Union Wharf
Flexibility, in regards to residence, is extremely important since you may, or may not, be here for very long. Besides, owning a home is a more risky investment that entails a mortgage and routine maintenance and isn’t recommended unless you plan to live somewhere for at least five years.
Here at Union Wharf, we provide our residents with convenient leases and payment options that can be accessed through our online resident services.
Worried about renting with your fur-baby? Don’t fret, we’re a pet-friendly community!
Fell’s Point is in close-proximity to local hospitals and medical centers! So, save yourself time and stress with our convenient location.
