From the team behind La Cuchara comes Minnow Baltimore, a seafood-inspired casual restaurant that just opened a few days ago in upper Federal Hill. The menu includes simply prepared large and small plates along with an extensive spirits list and Mediterranean-focused wine list. Start your meal off with their Cheddar Biscuits made with black garlic – they ask diners to allow 15 minutes for baking, and it is well worth it. In addition to regional seafood selections, the eatery also offers non-seafood menu items, such as their Crispy Fried Chicken served with a blue corn waffle topped with preserved lemon and pickled cabbage.
Minnow has a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere with large oversized windows decorated with a swirling school of minnow fish.
